SUBMISSION POLICY: We do not accept submissions of artwork mailed to us for preview and we will not be responsible for artworks that are sent to the gallery for preview. You are welcome to e-mail us jpegs of your work or web-links and we will look at them and contact you if interested. Please do not call us or show up with your art at our gallery. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you wish to submit work for consideration, you must follow the guidelines below. Submissions that do not follow these guidelines will not be considered.
Also, please be aware that because of the large volume of unsolicited submissions we receive, we may not personally respond or offer you a review of your materials.
Artists may submit preview images through email. Submissions should be low resolution (72 dpi, 800 pixels high), unzipped jpegs. File names must be saved in this format: firstname_lastname_title.jpg
Indicate within the body of the email the following info for each work:
- Your Name
- Title of piece
- Corresponding file name for attached image
- Medium(s) used
- Dimension Width” x Height”
- Framed dimension Width” x Height”
- Retail price range ($USD)
- Any additional notes/descriptions for the artwork (such as framed print, original, collage)
Please include these details within the body of the email. Also include your complete contact information (Name, mailing address, contact phone number, and website URL). These submissions may be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org with “Pop-Up Gallery Submission” in the subject line. It is not necessary to send a follow up email. We will get in touch with you only if we are interested.
Emails that do not follow these guidelines will not be considered.
